Our AJR Home Sales housing consultants have years of experience under their belts. Each is highly trained and presents themselves both friendly and professionally. They have the skills to work with your budget, your wants and your needs to find your perfect home.
Service Warranty
Every new model home purchased through AJR home Sales comes with a one (1) year limited manufacturer’s warranty. Our team will work with you as your coordinator to provide any service work that your home may need to ensure it meets our high quality standards.
Lifetime Satisfaction
Our onsite management team works tirelessly to keep the community safe and clean. Our Maintenance staff goes the extra mile to make sure that the community is well maintained. Our communities create fun activities for our residents and our staff builds long lasting relationships with our residents from the beginning when you move in to an AJR community.
History of AJR
AJR Development, the property management side of our company, was created in 1962 by four (4) brothers. Their ambition and foresight pushed them to build their first development in the soon-to-be booming city of Plymouth, MI. Since then, we have added two (2) generations of family to the company and five (5) new communities! The growth, strength, and stability of AJR Development has been the product of years of hard work and dedication by our family. Family is the reason for our business and it is the way we run our business: with families in mind.
Starting in 2005
AJR Homes Sales was conceived in 2005 as an opportunity to offer something new to our customers: the chance to buy a home directly from AJR instead of a mobile home dealer. Every customer of AJR Home Sales becomes a resident of a community, ensuring that each individual is treated professionally and with courtesy. AJR Development prides itself in the fact that every one of our properties was built by family from the ground up. Perhaps that is why we give so much care and attention to our communities!
